Timber Flooring Karnup

Karnup sits at the southern edge of our Rockingham service area, blending newer estate homes with rural acreage properties. Product selection depends heavily on whether the home is slab-on-ground or has a suspended subfloor.

For Karnup new builds we typically recommend engineered oak in natural matte or lightly smoked finishes. For older rural homes, solid Blackbutt, Spotted Gum or Jarrah bring warmth and character that suits the setting.

We handle everything in-house — subfloor prep, installation, sanding and finishing — with Ralph personally managing every project from first visit to final coat.
