Instant Estimate Terms & Conditions

Any figure generated by the Calculator is an indicative estimate only. It is not a formal quotation, offer, or contract of any kind. Final pricing, quantities, materials and scope of works will be confirmed only after a free on-site measure and consultation with an Alvanley Flooring representative.

The estimate is generated using the information you supply, including floor area (measured in square metres) and the selected product. You confirm that the measurements and details you enter are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Inaccurate measurements — or omission of areas such as cupboards, alcoves, thresholds, stairs or transitions — may materially change the final quotation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the estimate is based on supply and standard professional installation of the selected product on a straightforward, ready-to-install subfloor. It assumes site conditions consistent with Australian Standards AS 1884-2021 and AS/NZS 4586.

The estimate does not include, and additional charges may apply for: subfloor preparation, moisture remediation, levelling, removal or disposal of existing flooring, skirting or scotia supply/installation, feature borders, inlays, patterns (beyond the selected pattern), stair nosings, thresholds, non-standard access, after-hours work, furniture removal, or any additional works identified at the on-site measure.

Prices are shown ex-GST and inc-GST as indicated. GST is calculated at the prevailing Australian rate. Wastage is applied to the flooring quantity and pack count only — it is not added to the customer price. Pack counts are rounded up to the nearest full pack.

Product availability, colour batching and lead times are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of formal quotation. Timber is a natural product; colour, grain and character variation between samples, images and delivered stock is normal and unavoidable.

Instant estimates are valid for 30 days from the date generated. After this period, pricing may change without notice due to supplier cost movements, exchange-rate variation or freight costs.

Details you submit (name, email, mobile number, product, measurements, date/time of acceptance and IP address) are collected so we can respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of the estimate you accepted. Information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. We do not sell your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alvanley Flooring is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on an instant estimate. The estimate is provided for planning and budgeting purposes only.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
